Today was my last presentation for school. I had to talk about some work I've done in the past. Due to some unique past work I was able to sneak into my RECORDED presentation "This technology would have removed the need for men and their penises". The liberal sensitive prof's eyes got big when I said that.
I start work on Monday. I got hired by my internship site Appalachian Brewing Company. I'll continue to do my lab QA work, I'll be doing cellar work, and I will begin brewing training rather quickly. Brewing on a 30bbl production system is a bit different than a 13gal cooler with a 15 gal kettle sitting on a turkey fryer.

Anytime a new grad gets a gig right out of the gate in this economy...it's a blessing.
