I made mayo with no vegetable oils. Its great on sandwiches. I cooked 8-10 pieces of thick bacon in the oven. Saved the fat, added some plain lard (not the processed shit in a block at the store) and followed the "paleo baconaise" recipe with a small twist for what was in my pantry cabinets.
