I made the mistake of having a La Nox as a fourth cigar one afternoon. All I had to eat that day was two pieces of toast. Kept everything in though, probably cause there was nothing to throw up.

La Nox is fine, it's strong but not puke inducing unless you are chugging it down for a long ash competition.

We did a long ash contest during an event once. It was timed for 30 minutes and as soon as the winner collected his prize.... yup... puked right on the floor in front of everyone. We no longer do long ash contests during events
