Off the top of my head, I can think of these broken down by hop "intensity."

easy step (IPA) - Redhook "Longhammer," Maui Brew Co's "Big Swell," Brewdog "Punk" IPA.

Medium Steps (IPA) - Stone IPA, Ballast Point "Big Eye," Ballast Point "Sculpin," Green Flash "West Coast." & Bear Republic's "Racer 5." <-------can't believe I forgot that one!

BIG STEP(Double/Imperial IPA) - Stone "Ruination," Russian River "Pliny the Elder."
