I bought the Camco Fridge Airator for about $15. It uses 2 D cell batteries and I replace those about once a month.

It doesn't blow very hard and just keeps the air moving gently.

I would buy it again (and will when I get my second cooler)

As far as storing kitty litter in your coolidor. Would you reccommend these for putting the kitty litter in? Or just a bowl?

I had a couple of plastic containers from Chinese takeout. I just used those.

To hold KL, chances are you have something already at home.

Coolerdor or wineador are great options, but if you're looking for a more tradition/wooden cabinet, you can keep an eye out on craigslist. Deals pop up in my area once in while...not sure how much of a rush you're in to get something though.
