I do a lot of calf raises but they always feel very tight the next day and makes it a bit difficult to straighten my legs fully without feeling some mild discomfort.
I used to have the same problem with biceps after doing curls if I didn’t stretch afterwards.
Are there specific stretches for the calves to do? Most I see online are for the hamstrings and glutes.
