It is showing you as a member so it won't let me send an invite, you can go under the Messenger menu and were it says "Scan a Barcode" and scan the barcode above and that should get you in.

You also need to "leave" the old group as it was having issues

It seems a lot of people were having issues with messenger the last couple days. It may just be a problem with RIM right now but I resolved my problem by deleting Messenger under Applications and reinstalling it via App World. Make sure you back up your Messenger contacts if possible first.

Woohoo! just upgrade my cell to the BlackBerry Curve 8520.Should get it in the mail in a few days. Never had more then a cheap freebie basic cellphone hope I can figure out how to use the dam thing!

I did all of the above, and tried to scan the bar code, it told me the bar code has been used and the group failed .....

Is the barcode a one-time thingy? Can't seem to get on...

1. How do I find my pin
2. I have system software 4.6 and messenger 4.6 and when I try to use wireless update it says No Updates Available. I have Tmobile do they not support 5.0?

1. Settings--->Options---->Status for your pin #

2. www.blackberry.com/messenger/ from your mobile and you can upgrade to 5.0.0.33. Works with T-Mobile

I use it, Faster, somewhat easier to transfer pics and other data. It works like an online chat room, you can see when the other person has received your message, and then see when they have read it. Its pretty cool.
