Here is the plan Mike has for this.
I will offer pairs of bands and you will reserve them by sending Mike the $$ .
Each lighter will have 2 bands,one on the front and one on the back.
These will be unique,as there are few of these bands in existence.
The $$ will go to OE 2016.
I will start a new thread for this...
