  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

javelin377, my brother in not just tobacco but in our love of two wheel dirt riding, very kindly blew up my mailbox.



Most of the included TOMS (tobacco of mass destruction) will be firsts for me, including some sticks and baccy with some age on them.

Right away I packed a bowl of Davidoff Scottish Mixture from 2006. The smoke was a nicely sweet and extremely smooth. Even with the age I could still smell and taste the whiskey topping, which blended extremely well with the natural flavors of the tobacco. It burned to a fine grey ash all the way to the bottom of the bowl. Delicious and made even better being a gift from a new friend.

Smoking another bowl from the included samples labeled "English Oriental" in my no name dublin. I'm a big fan of Englishes, especially in the morning. This one is nicely mild and forgiving on the tongue for a clencher like me that tends to just steadily puff away as I'm doing other things.
