The Tat with the black band on the bottom is a Monster series "Drac". Looks from the pic a piece of the wrapper got flaked off in transit...sorry about that. It should be just fine to smoke though as it's close to the bottom.

Its fine Tom, stuff happens, I did notice the UF4 has some damage above the band, any suggestions on how to keep it in tact as I do not want to blow up such a beautiful cigar when I go to cut it. Maybe just punch it and hope for the best?
