My biggest advice is to not worry about it too much. Get it in range and keep on eye on it here and there. You'll drive yourself crazy if you tinker with it everyday. (I almost did)

I stopped using my wineador for this very reason. My CC's on the bottom started to become damp. I had two hydros one on the top and one in the middle at 65-68%, when I moved one down to the bottom it read 75%.

FYI, here was Bob's (Aristocrat) response:

RE RH: I find that the bottom tends to have higher RH vs the top more often. It goes against what the physics says should happen--but from actual observation humidity can be a couple of points higher in the bottom. Most of the time it's within acceptable range, however if one is in a higher ambient RH environment, the fans don't run as much & the RH can go more than a couple of %.
