Carbon Fiber Telescopic Cigar Tube and Triple Flame lighter (Identification)

There was a guy at my local B&M who was sporting a telescopic carbon fiber cigar holder and matching cylindrical carbon fiber lighter with Triple flame.

It had a RP inscription on it, but I don't think it is a Rocky Patel product. I think they commissioned the maker to do it for them.

Does this sound familiar to anybody?

And there we have the caveat. I was hoping to locate the brand and get it WITHOUT the RP.
