Bought it pre-packaged at Trader Joe's, just throw it on the grill chop it up and roll it in a tortilla with whatever you like!

Carne asada is one of my favorite Mexican dishes.

When you buy it from the market, purchase the flap meat not marinated and request that they run it through a tenderizer. Marinate it after yourself and if cooked right this stuff will melt in your mouth.
