  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I go to Casa Fuente 4-6 times per year. They have stogies under $20 and are great. But the the drinks they have are some of the best, I've had anywhere.

Get a Classic Hemingway for $13.00 which is more than normal, grab a Mojito (the best anywhere on this planet!), sit down for about an hour and enjoy watching the people go by, it's worth every penny he spends there.

Have him get you an Ashton Majesty. Their Ashton stock is FAIRLY reasonably priced. Their Fuente lines are ALL overpriced, ESPECIALLY when you get into the Opuses.

Casa Fuente Corona Gorda is the best of the CF line, IMHO. Probably not worth the price, but a great smoke for under $20.

So update to this Las Vegas trip. My buddy comes back with 3 cigars for me. He mentioned he did have a chance to stop by the Casa Fuente in the forums, and since he knows as much about cigar as a monkey knows about rocket science. He had stop by a cigar shop and picked up some JM's Dominican Robusto, "it was a deal buy two get one". I was expecting to try a CF Robusto and a Opus X, and end up with JM's. Talk about blue balls.

I would go with any of the Casa fuente stuff. The Double Robusto and Belicoso are great. They SOMETIMES have Don Carlos Lanceros. If they do get two of those. They are only $14 a piece and you can only get two. They should have a pretty good selection with the Big Smoke coming up!
