I'll be in Vegas soon and I will, of course, stop by Casa Fuente. The problem is that I'm new to the Arturo Fuente line and need advice as to what to score at CF. I do not want to buy any easily obtainable sticks (like 8-5-8s) but unique or hard to find smokes. I refuse to pay more that $30.00 for a cigar.

Any advice is appreciated....thanks !

My recommendation is to pick up a some of the Casa Fuente Lanceros. They are $22 a stick and are only sold there. For that particular cigar they limit you to two per day. Not sure what other HTFs they have there for under $30, hopefully others will have some recommendations on certian Opus X's to look for

Based on what you said, just stick with the Casa Fuente line (any size). They aren't sold anywhere else and they're a very good cigar, particularly the Lancero and Double Robusto.

I've been doing some research on this topic as well. The most common answers I've seen are the Casa Fuente Lancero and the Don Carlos Lancero, although they don't always have the DC.

Woulda said Opus Black Orchid (Gotta smoke at least one in a lifetime).... but that def breaks the $30 cap, so yeah stock up on Casa house sticks. Worth every penny.

Stick with the Lance. I am not a fan of the Casa fuente line but think the Lance is the best of them all. For the money I'd rather smoke a Lost City than a Casa...but that's me

Definitely try the DC Lancero And the casa fuente Lancero. And check out their ashtrays. They're pretty cool too.

I made the sojourn on Saturday and it was great. Lawrence Taylor stopped by on break from ¨Field of Dreams¨where he was signing autographs for the Super Bowl weekend. Amid the confusion created by his visit I was able to buy 6 DC lanceros and 6 Casa Fuente lanceros, violating the 2 per day policy of Casa Fuente. hee hee hee
