  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

These were good, but no where near the best cigar of 2008 like CA says.
While I don't hold what CA says as bible I thought these were....what do you consider to be better? I am curious b/c I probably missed something that I need to try! Let me know b/c I needs to order some new smokes.

I only had one, and it was severely hampered by a tight draw. It tasted pretty good and seemed to be constructed well though.

There are 1360 brands in the world, many of with hae several lines within them. Having said that, there is a cigar in there for everyeone. The Casa Magna had a good flavor, but imho was not great. I will put up the Escencias, tatuajes, Pad Annis, Ashton VSGs, LFDs higher than these. I know the Casa Magna's are a reasonable price, but price is not everything. Just my 2 cents.

Yes, I'm just figuring it out, as I just had them for the first time on Friday. I've read the other reviews, but that doesn't necessarily mean that I'd like them, I thought I'd try them for myself first before I cam to that conclusion.
:thumbsup:Some folks dont like them. Brad from Fonseca gave me one at a cigar dinner before they came out. I thought the problem was going to be the price. People wont believe that they can get a cigar that good for such an affordable price. He said that is simply the way Fonseca rolls; Good cigars at good prices. Nice.

Agreed that they are no VSG for sure...that has to be at the top for me. I think they were better than the tatuajes though...but I have not had the brown label yet.

I need to get my hands on something smaller than the massive ring gauge Torito or whatever it was called that I smoked. It was good but it was seriously fat and I've lost serious cigar weight these last two years.
