Why do people have them and don't answer?? Isn't the whole purpose of a cell phone that it would be with you wherever you are and you would answer barring a couple of possible activities?

For me, my cell phone doubles as my work phone. Sort of a perk as I don't have to pay for a home phone or personal cell. I have to admit that there are times that people call me with rediculous work calls at all hours, so I can understand turning the ringer off.

That being said, I don't, I'm afraid I may miss something good.
