  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I would NEVER buy off ebay when it comes to "cigar bands" For the simple fact that I'd be scared it was a scam of sorts and they end up sending me a box full of 25 bands. After all they technically are not selling cigars so you might not get them.

The band thing is due to Ebad policy, but if you send the seller a message they will tell you that the cigars are included and how they have been stored. I've done some buying and never got burned, but I am aware of some Opus X Chilie Pepers that were fake being sold there. For the most part big name stuff like Opus sells for way more than it's worth, but you can get some bargins as well. As for this auction, my gut is that they are real and this guy and anyone who tries to buy them is an idiot. Expect a visit from the feds!

Yeah I know it's ebay policy to not sell tobacco. I have a hard time trusting people at times though.

As to the auction, the seller is a dumbass, as well as anyone bidding on it. Those responsible for enforcing the embargo actively pursue this crap still. No matter how ridiculous it is now, it still matters to our government.:squinteye

I love it how PSD4 and Romeo y Julieta Short Churchill are limited editions. $99 for a medium desktop humi? Plus so many CCs? From a bloke that used to smoke cigars? Sure...I'd buy it.:sarcastic
