Christmas Shopping

With a few hours left of shopping, I only have a couple more gifts to buy.

How is everyone else doing in this task this year.

I've only got one more thing to get and I'm done. I'll hit a store on my way home, I get out at noon today.

It's a tradition for Squid® to have all actual shopping done very early (like a month in advance) but to wait until Christmas Eve to find a card for Mrs Squid®... I do this so I can get into the Christmas Spirit of frantically running around and not finding what I'm needing until I visit at least five extremely crowded stores. <G>

Done work around noon too - gotta grab a few last minute things for the wife & 6 year old.
But I'm pretty much done - most everything is wrapped too - that way, tonight after the boy is in bed, I'm gonna go burn something extra nice.

You guys shop before today??? After our annual Christmas Eve Lunch for the employees, I've got four stops to make. I'll be done by 4PM. Same routine every year.

I finished up about 2 hours ago. Went to wally world about 9:30 this morning, and I tell you it was kind of scary. I mean long term scary, it was dead, It was like a normal weekday in the middle of the summer. It picked up a little by the time I left a hour later. If this a sign of things to come, I think that we will all need Wade's prayer pot a lot more.
