Here he is ready for a long bath in his brine solution. Little does he know...

Here he is the morning after, all proud of himself, wings cocked out. Little does he know...

And here he his just after arrival to the hot box. I think he knows...

And perfection...now he definitely knows the jig is up!!!

I love turkey. We did a deep fried turkey with cajun spices injected into this sucker and it turned out to be the best turkey I ever had,,,unbelievable taste. A brother of the leaf on a different site gave this to me and guaranteed it,,,boy was he right. If any want the recipe PM me,,,you won't be dissappointed.
