Cigar Engraving

Has anyone ever done this?

It is a service that engraves lightly into your stick for special occasions. they claim it doesn't alter the taste of your stick in any way, it just changes the pigmentation in a sense. Just looking for some feedback from any one who has done stuff like this, before I even think about sending stuff like LC's or my Liberty 2013's etc..

I think I like that laser engraving better. Did it effect the wrapper at all?

Oliva used to do something similar with the master blends 1 and 2. Other than those I've never smoked or seen any others. Those Mag 50s do look great

Yes, it does cut into it, not so much that if affects the draw but the hearts did lift on a couple of them. No change in flavour either

I know GrammWorks did it for Leccia on a few of his for a some specialty events. However they did the cap end, by putting an "L" on it.

My cousin had a couple boxes engraved for her wedding, tasted fine to me.
