Typically it's in the wrapper, it may be off color or not consistent, but usually the construction is still spot on.

Quite a few robustos I've smoked had a tight roll. Still the same good flavor though.

I know with the 92 Mistakes it's some really minor stuff. There are some that you can't even see the problem. It's a really good deal.
