I don't smoke often, but I try hard to truly enjoy the smoke when I have one. This evening I partook of a 5 Vegas Gold Torpedo. A glass of ice water, "The Hobbit" by J.R.R. Tolkien, and my Beagle Basset mix Beau accompanied me on the balcony of my house overlooking empty fields and the freeway in the distance. I paced myself and took a puff every page or so as the adventurers traveled through Mirkwood, were captured and escaped from the Wood Elves, made their way through Lake Town, their first foray down into the depths of the Lonely Mountain and their first dealings with Smaug. The smoke was mild and pleasant. It stayed well lit throughout with a smooth, even draw all the way down to the nub. I could easily smoke one of these again, but I would have preferred a bit more flavor.
