Cigar purchase a luxcery item, or nessessity?

No English was not my first launguage, but if you can comprehend a little idea I feel strong about. A Cigar is a luxury item, like a good steak, or good bottle of bourbon.
Normally you fine their items in height end places with trained staff.
We have dumbed down America to the point what we use to call Waiters, and Waitress now are servers. One resturant I go to maybe 2 time a year has "waiters". They are professionals, they know the menu, they know how item are prepared, they explain the daily specials. They say have any question about anything on the menu, or how it is prepared, ask. Professional know that is why they are professionals.
