Many of the local hotels have shuttles but I don't believe I saw campers last year.

I'm sure there's local campsites in the vicinity. I know it's a distance away but plenty in Lancaster, PA surrounding area.

There are people who camp out every year. This year there was even a tent. There is a whole section for RV parking right on the side of the building.
