I can agree with smoking while your kids are in the car, but I'm going to smoke in my house if I want to.

Smoking in Apts, yea I can see that. But smoking is the car is up to the parents.

one of our local colleges, Palamor, is voting to go to a smoke-free campus! we've already lost all our county parks (which totally sucks, as i love to camp out), most beaches/boardwalks, transit locales,,,,

Next up, banning alcohol in multi unit apartment buildings because partying keeps people up at night, as well as being a leading cause of pre-marital sex.
