Coffee Roasters In Az

I am moving to the Phoenix area soon and need to find a great local coffee roaster who sells fresh beans. I will be living in Chandler and working in Tempe and so can get to most areas easily. Any suggestions?

Not sure about roasters but Dutch Bros. Coffee is a must try.

Cartel Coffee Lab on Ash Ave. in Tempe is a great place. They roast there own beans there.

Thanks, both of you. I will try Dutch Bros. for a coffee drink and buy some in Tempe. Having fresh beans for my Aeropress is quite a priority!

There is a place that you can buy direct from called Grinders coffee, but it would be a long drive. It's at Dunlap ave and about central ave. They have huge containers of different green beans waiting to be roasted. Lot of different countries as well.

I checked out Cartel online and I have high hopes for them. Thanks again on that.

Cartel is outstanding. Really, really the real deal. They know their shiite. This is a must for anyone serious about beans.

I tried Lost Dutchman Roasters, located in Tempe (off the 101 and University.) They are a commercial roaster but will roast to order. Excellent choice. If you are nearby, give them a try. They roast Saturday morning and you pick up at 11a. Ready for brewing Monday after degassing, tons of bloom. Highly recommended.
