  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I didn't know where to land this thread, here is one of my goodies I like http://www.hatueycigarsreno.com/product/15780204-0

If you go to Reno Nv. They have a shop right off Virginia st. Called Hatuey Cigars.

They soak the wrappers in cognac, what a great smoke, the owners used to roll them in the store, but since they got more popular they don't anymore. What a great smoke/smokes. Enjoy! :grinFU:

I like cognac and I like cigars, but I don't like cognac infused cigars. Why destroy perfectly good cigars and cognac?

If you like them, more power to you!

Brother, these are the only smoke I smoke that the natural flavors have been altered. I Hate a chemical tasting cigar. You mine as well smoke some Camels. They also sell them with out the cognac.

I've smoked a couple of Hatuey Taco maduros. They were pretty good. I don't think these were of the cognac soaked kind.

I always talk out my ass, so take what I say with a spoonfull of sugar, or with a grain of salt...There is a difference between Infused, flavored and wet rolled. When I visited Don Collins Cigar in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, that particular day they were hand rolling smokes and some of them they were rolling "wet"...the wrapper was moistend with Rum...just slightly...they were then dried for several hours then passed out to smoke...Don Collins has a vitola named "Puros Indio," a 6 x 46 sized stick that is wet rolled. Like the Aurora Barrel Aged, Don Collins has been using oak rum barrels to age their cigars...Gurkha has a cognac rolled line also...

I actually just bought three of those Gurkha Platnum tubo cigars that are infused with the Remy Martin Louis XIII. I'll let you guys know if they were worth my $30 once they come.
