Cohiba Sublimes - LE 2004

I was visiting the Havana Lounge and Cigar in Milwaukee over the weekend, and a guy who was having a birthday party there was generous enough to give me one of these (Cohiba Sublimes - LE 2004).

I'm thinking that this is a nice score, no?

I've gotten my fair share of fake Cohibas as well. The look, smell, and feel have me thinking that it might just be the real deal. Guess the only way to know is to light 'er up.

Anyways, for anybody who can spot a fake by looking at the label, here she is:

The one thing that catches my eye first though, is the "C" in Cuba. Lot's of labels don't have the vertical line protruding from the bottom of the C as this one does..

The bands do look pretty good, but comparing to CubanCigarWebsite, the "2004" is different on yours. The 2 and 4 stick out to me as being different.

The "C" in Cuba is different on this one as well.. Hmm.

Fake. The "C" is a dead give away to me. I've gotten some other fakes with the same "C" as yours.

Haven't tasted it, but it does smell good and looks to be of decent quality.
