Used to use Nyquil, but it seemed like it would always drive what was in my nose into my chest. So I stopped using it.

Now, Comtrex, Advil or Tylenol OTC stuff. Plus, tea with some honey and bourbon before bed.

Drink enough and when you wake up the sinus problems will be gone!

I usually use Alka Seltzer Cold and Sinus.

Sudafed does nothing I have found. Nasonex does

I'm glad the nasonex is working for you. Keep it up 2 sprays/nostril everyday for awhile. It's very safe.
