Nettie pots are great at cleaning out sinuses.

Never had a desire to try these, but after talking to a couple of guys at the shop on Tuesday, I think I am going to try one this year........what do I have to lose?

Its odd but it works.

Can't recommend them enough! I'm an allergy sufferer and I couldn't get through spring and fall seasons without one.
