Doing some studying in BUSN3 by Kelly/McGowen and came across a term that reminded me of BOTL:

Brand Fanatics: loyal customers who advocate for [a] brand better than any advertising a merketer could buy.

I have no idea why it reminded me of BOTL... :scratchhe
