Already called the SFA on that... The bartender said that it's up to the discretion of the manager. I'll call them that day and see if they care. I'd really like to get there early enough to ensure we get tables far enough away from the deck to make sure that we can smoke. It would suck to get there and be screwed.

I called the El Arroyo on 5th and they are open and don't know anything about being closed. Hopefully, that stays true until after we visit.

Here's the tentative plan...

We're going to get into Austin around 2 or 3. We'll get checked into our hotel and then go grab something to eat. We plan on showing up at the SFA between 5-6. I can't guarantee that we'll be there any later than 8:00. If the wife is down with it, she might take Baby Legends back to the hotel and I might stay a little longer. All depends on how riled up the baby is and whether she wants to deal with her by herself.

I'm going to PM a few people individually (TXHookem, Snoop Dog) and invite them but I'll make sure they know that this is NOT to be advertised on Hornfans. If there is anyone from BOTL/Vintage/CW that ya'll want to invite, go for it.

not to threadjack, but does anyone know where I can buy fresh shrimp that has not been previously frozen in austin for a good price? I don't want to pay $17/lb at central market. I haven't been to airport seafood in a while, how's the selection there?

I really don't feel like having to drive to kemah/fertittaland and back before leaving for austin. that would add like 3 hours to my trip.
