  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Cooking... A taste of amazingness!

That is next on the list to go into the Green Egg, I can't wait to try it. Picked up a wireless digital thermometer that works awesome, I have the Maverick ET-732. Nizzle what kind do you use?

Hey NIZZLE, what are the specs on that smoker? Is it electric? I enjoy smoking meats and use my big side smoker most of the year, but here in KC I would like something that takes less work in the cold months. Also, what wood did you use on the prime rib?

Yes the one I use the most is electric and it pretty much maintains it's self my favorite wood is hickory and I use pellets they seem to work the best.
