He's posted several ads, one of them had $175k asking price.

Not sure how much it costs to start a cigar shop, but stocking the place has to cost, what, $50k to start? It's impossible to know if that's a good price or not without knowing how much business he does.

Inventory for a cigar shop that wants to carry boutiques and keep a decent stock of General and Altadis is close to a $100k. That gives you a large singles facing, and a pretty decent amount of boxes. Then add in rent, humidification, ventilation, furniture and appliances. Your looking closer to $200k for a decent "non ghetto" looking shop. I had to help crunch some numbers for a store I used to work at.
