Chase offers almost anting you want Tom for rewards thats for sure. A lot will depend whether you pay your balance off EVERY month or carry a balance. If the card give you rewards, you may pay a much higher fee vs. a card with no frills but lower APR. With rates going up, keep a keen eye on the APR. Honestly, this should weight more than the rewards side of it.
I started my main card from Shell Gas Citibank (now is a Chase card). The plan pays back 3% for gas and 1% all else now. I average $250 bucks they pay me per year. I always pay the balance in full. Only 1 time I did not and hated seeing the interest kick in the next month.
