I had to take a month off of smoking due to health. When I started back I thought I celebrate by burning an ISOM. I had 50 or 60 getting old in the wine-cella'dor and thought one or two would be a good way to start back.

Then I had three or four the next week. And four or five the week after that.

Now when I reach for my daily smoke, I fiddle around in the NC singles tray, I manhandle my assortment of good NC bundles, and a voice in my head says, "Why not just have another Cuban? You can always get more." Even the VSGs seem somewhat mundane . . . where does it end? :smt022

Welcome to the dark side! You are Toast! Might as well just start selling all of your N/C to raise money for habanos lol.
Last night I spent the ride home from work trying to calculate the value of all my NCs. My thoughts ran something like: (1 cab of Party Shorts) + (1 box of BBF) = (1 box of Mayorga) + (5 bundles) + . . . . :smt101

I said the same thing to myself last night when i was smoking with Ironman... I had an aged OpusX sitting there and put it down to grab a Siglo......

But they may be because i know the consistency of the Siglo's and somehow know the harshness that Opus can bring...

Oh well It could be worse i still have some NC... many do not..

You know you are really Toast when...

1. You think of money you saved... in terms of Boxes of Cigars
$250 is at least a box of Trini RE, or a $130 is a box of Party Shorts

2. When you open your internet...it automatically Opens windows to 2 - 3
of your favorite vendors (usually their Special "sale" of the month)

3. You save all your breaks at the office so you could hie off to smoke one
cigar after lunch.

4. The salesperson at the local brick and mortar call you by your first name
,asking whether you will be having your "usual" smoke and asking how are
the wife and kids.

5. Your wife brags that you are a popular person since you get holiday cards
from Switzerland, Hongkong, Spain and Canada(your favorite vendors).

Just a thought
