Not in your neck of the woods. But i go to Habana on SoCo in Austin. Best mojitos and tres leches cake. Really good papas rellenas and ropa vieja as well.

yep, but my place is on Calle Ocho, about 1/2 a block off of I-95...been going since 1988.

it also serves chinese food. odd yes, but damn good palomilla steak

Multiple places around here. Probably the best overall food is Andy's by the Bay, a little cafeteria-style place tucked back in an industrial area near work. Best damn pork and black beans and rice in the world. Great cuban sandwiches as well.

Tropi-grill when I'm home or my neighbors house but then I gotta hear how much Julia hates fidel the whole dinner. Out in Hawaii only one Cuban restaurant soule de Cuba in Chinatown.

While there is a good ethnic food scene in Tacoma, there are no Cuban resteraunts that I'm aware of?:sadstare:

Would like to try Cuban food sometime though.

The Banana Cafe in DC has an awesome brunch. Have never been there for dinner but you can't beat it on a Sunday morning.

Back in Durham, NC, a place called Cuban Revolution opened up while I was in grad school, but it's terrible. The blandest "best Cuban food in the country" you've ever tasted.

I might have to check out Caribbean Cafe here in Dallas. Gets some good reviews for authentic Cuban food!
