Dallas, TX in January

OK, have travel plans set. Will be down on January 24th at the Hyatt in Richardson. What would work best for most people, weekend or weekday? I have a feeling I will be stopping at Two Brothers myself. Also, since I will be down there for the Superbowl this year, is there a good place to go to watch the game?

I leave the 25th for Zurich...but will be back by the end of the week. I would guess two brothers for the super bowl or Cigar Shop and More in Addison...they are catering
