  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Damnit, I'm Thinking It's Mold

that sucks bro. I had the same problem with a few of my sticks but it was because i over filled my humidification gel. and it leaked water. not good. but i caught it early. smoke em up before it spreads.

Looks like the San Cristobal is mold as well, just because of how the white substance is lining the fold of the wrapper. Like Mitch said, at least you caught it early enough to where spores weren't hanging off the thing like little grenades!

Many times the sticks that are send long distances are sent with more RH than normal. You might need to crack open your boxes and air them out a day or two, then add them to the others your storing. In the summer when RH is already high most places, I keep the cooler little dryer than normal and crack the new boxes open for a while, then seal them up tight.

Not plume...I'm sure Wade know's that it's not his fault. The mold was there long before he got them, it just manifested itself while in his possesion.

Bummer Wade, I would smoke them first though. No sense in letting them hang out with the others.

Definitely mold as the others have said. That sucks Wade! You know what to do from here, keep an eye on the boxes those sticks came from.
