Dandelions

I was watching the food channel today and saw the show Ham on the Street.

On this show he was cooking up dandelions. The show was a "Free Food" show. All that tried the dandelions cooked up with some salt, oil, and vinegar said it tasted like a garden salad. Would you eat it?

Its just greens like other salad greens. The flowers probably taste like doodie.
