So, tonight I smoked a Davidoff culebra with my brothers -- the B&M happened to get some in right on the day before a rare meeting of the three McQueeny brothers, and I thought it was too perfect to pass up.

Given the contorted shape of these cigars, I expected all sorts of burn problems and so forth. Much to my surprise, except for a slight bitterness in the first few puffs, these were excellent smokes in all respects. The flavour was one-dimensional, but that was a very satisfying medium-bodied woody dimension. Burn was razor sharp, no problems with the wrapper cracking or anything.

Of course, I had to pay Davidoff prices to get it, but overall I'd call it a very nice if simple smoke, to which the culebra shape added novelty. I'll definitely consider buying another should an appropriate occasion arise.
