The Xi I have bit the dust. It had begun to stick, so I put a couple drops of water on it to clean it up- that's when the spring came out.

I guess now I just send it back to Xikar? I haven't had it very long...got it with the GB from Mark.

I've sent two broken items to Xikar over the past few years and they typically replace / repair very quickly. you may want to call them first to make sure that you are sending all of the correct information with the package...

Maybe you got a dud. Mine broke because I am hard on things...

lifetime warrantee baby...send it back or take it to an authorized dealer. They replaced my lighter, no questions asked.

I thought about doing that, but I know I would spend too much at the B&M if I go that route:rofl:
Yeah, I don't even walk in to a B&M with out $$$$ in hand.
Agreed! I've left my credit card with the good people at the B&M made no sense in bringing it back with me...

I've heard people use some silicon drops or something to clean and lubricate their cutters any one know what that is and where to find it?
