Decent AR Optic under $100?

I just finished my first AR build. I'm keeping costs down for this one. My next one will be a higher budget when I figure out what I like.

For right now, just trying to find a good sight or scope under $100. I'm not shooting farther than 200-250 yards.

Vortex is fine too. I think the Primary Arms is better. (I own both, on plinking rifles)
