Deep Frying a Turkey

OK so I am frying a Turkey this year. I have done them before but was looking for any new ideas.

I am thinking about doing the one Alton Brown did when he put it in a brine and then fried it. I have a 13 lb turkey, so I am entertaining ideas for the next few days. I will also try and post up pics of the process.

We used this recipe at work. It turned out awesome. (Brine) I would use it again w out hesitation.

I used the liquid salad submarine oil they have in the deli... Then fried my turkey... Delicious
