I was just curious if anyone had any insight on what effect the uncapping of the Swiss Franc to the Euro would have on cigars? Currency markets are complicated so I am not sure I understand it correctly. I believe I understand that products manufactured in Switzerland (Davidoff?) jumped in price 20 to 30 percent this morning because of the decoupling. What I am not sure about is what effect that would have on products imported to Switzerland to be exported abroad. Would be great if we had a currency trader among us to shed some light. Or even better someone with a good contact in Switzerland. Just curious. I may be totally off base.
