Tonight, I made Chicken Parm, with sauteed green beans in tomato sauce, and a homemade rosemary garlic tomato foccaccia.


Everything tastes better when you use fresh ingredients.

I did a little computer work and got a primo gift card to a first rate meat shop. Picked me up a prime brisket and cooked it today. Gave ER Doc and TravelingJ a little sample. Turned out really good. Cooked it on my UDS.

Both sound great guys!

I made venison fajitas. With all my peppers coming in big time fajitas are a great way to use bell peppers and with hunting seasons right around the corner I'm cleaning out what little meat I have left from last year.
