Disable Safari Top Touch

Is there a way to disable the auto-scroll feature in Safari where if you touch the top bar, it scrolls to the top? it really sucks when i am browsing and by mistake, touch the top bar in Safari and I loose my spot on screen..please help..

Hrm. Not that I've seen within iOS, there might be a tweak for it within Cydia (jailbreak app store).
