Do you chew your sticks?

I do it every once in a while. I also dip Skoal so I think that has something to do with it.

I find myself usually doing it if the Stick was outstanding. Unless it's an Opus! That would just be sacrilegious!

Never got around to answering this -- when I chewed on cigars while smoking the nicotine was too strong. When I was in school I tried dipping and felt like I was flying. But more recently when I'm at work (and thus can't smoke) I've found sticking mini-cigarillos in my cheek to be a good alternative.

Yep, sure do. I have a box of cheap smokes that I will keep in my mouth as I work or watch TV. Actually right now. When it gets to sloppy or it doesnt get lit I clip it and start over.........Tasty

Maybe I'm a cigar snob or something, but I would never, ever, ever chew or suck or otherwise overly wetten the end of my cigar. Just comes across as nasty to me.

I'll occasionally wetten the end slightly as a buffer just before cutting with the Palio..other than that the end stays dry.

Oh man. Not a chance. The end of my cigars get somewhat moist, but overall I do my best not to get it sloppy wet (wow, just thought of an unbelievably offensive term for this we used to use as kids smoking cigs...wow, can't believe I ever even said that). Chewing is completely out of the question. Then again, I can't even leave a cigar in my mouth for very long, I get choked up from the second hand smoke.
