While I would never advocate violence in cases other than self or other defense. I could not repress feeling like "oh well, I have never seen a quiet non-smoker get stabbed when they kept their mouth shut" attitude.

Given that this happened on a subway where I'm pretty sure smoking is not permitted, I can see no justification for what happened here.

The last time I had that feeling you mentioned though was at the Michigan Herf. We were off in a corner of a bar, in a part of the casino where smoking was absolutely allowed, yet still several jerkoffs felt the need to make a point of mock-coughing or commenting under their breaths about our cigars. I thought Hendy was going to attack one of them - good thing there were no pens around...
